Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jim Shore collectibles; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all figurines and decor are returned in their original packaging to maintain their value and prevent damage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original Jim Shore branded box with all protective foam inserts, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the RMA number clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred insured shipping method.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned collectible for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
